Privacy Policy
How we handle account data, AI inputs, generated media, and privacy requests.
Last updated: 2026-10-01
1. Scope
This Policy describes how we handle information when you use our AI image and video tools, website, accounts, and support services. It covers prompts, reference uploads, generated media, and information submitted in privacy or abuse reports. The Terms of Service explain which content and uses are prohibited.
2. Information We Process
- Account information: email address, profile name or image, authentication records, and information returned by a sign-in provider when you choose that method.
- Creation data: prompts, uploaded images and other supported reference media, generation settings, selected models, outputs, task identifiers, status, errors, and credit usage. Images, video, or audio may contain identifiable people, faces, voices, or other personal information.
- Billing records: orders, payment status, subscription details where applicable, credit transactions, and checkout disclosure records (including the policy versions, checkout creation time, language, and selected offer). Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request and error records, IP-related usage records, browser information, session data, and a guest identifier used to manage daily free generations.
- Support and reports: messages, attachments, contact information, and relevant evidence you choose to provide in a support request, rights complaint, consent dispute, or appeal.
Submit only information needed for your intended task. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive material. A face or voice may receive special protection under applicable law, particularly when used for identification.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
We use information to authenticate users, carry out generation requests, display creation history, manage daily free allowances, credits, and purchases, respond to support requests, maintain security, investigate reported abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use operational information to diagnose failures and improve reliability.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performing the requested service or contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating a secure service subject to your rights, or consent where required. Consent to optional processing can be withdrawn without making earlier lawful processing unlawful.
4. AI Providers and Processing
To fulfill a generation request, we send the prompt, relevant settings, and required reference materials or access links to the selected AI service, which may operate through an integration provider. We store the returned result and task information to provide your creation history. Storage, hosting, authentication, email, and payment providers may also process information necessary for their respective functions.
External providers handle data under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and service configuration; this Policy does not independently guarantee their retention periods or practices. Contact support if you need provider-specific information before uploading confidential material.
5. Other People’s Likeness, Voices, and Consent
Only submit personal information that you are entitled to provide for the intended processing. For face swaps, voice cloning, deepfakes, or other identity simulations, obtain the affected person’s explicit, informed permission covering AI manipulation and the intended use. A public photo, social-media post, or celebrity appearance does not by itself authorize that use.
We do not permit adult sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or deceptive impersonation. When a person reports misuse of their face, voice, or personal information, we may process relevant task data and limited supporting evidence to assess the request and protect rights. Do not upload additional harmful intimate material merely to prove a report. We may request proportionate verification to prevent fraudulent deletion requests.
6. Sharing, Access, and International Processing
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose relevant information to service providers as needed for their tasks; where required by lawful requests; to protect people, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights; or as part of a lawful business transfer with applicable safeguards and notice. Submitting content does not give us permission to use it in public marketing.
Your account library is intended for your own use, but media delivery or provider links may be accessible to anyone who obtains them. Treat such links as sensitive and avoid sharing them unintentionally. Once you download or publish content elsewhere, its handling is also subject to that destination’s practices.
Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about providers and relevant transfer arrangements; do not assume all processing occurs in your location.
7. Retention and Deletion
Reference uploads currently have no automatic expiry: the previous 24-hour expiry is paused. Saved generated works also have no automatic expiry. Files may remain stored until deletion is requested or other applicable retention measures are applied. This does not mean you must keep them; you can request deletion through support.
Deleting a completed work removes it from your library and queues its generated files for physical deletion. Processing may be delayed by cleanup schedules, storage failures, or retries. Deleting a work does not automatically delete its source uploads or erase all related task records. Contact support to request deletion of reference files, account information, or associated personal data.
Transaction, security, complaint, and consent-related records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Any residual copies in backups follow the relevant system’s retention and deletion process. Provider-held copies are governed by the provider’s process and applicable law; deleting a local work does not guarantee immediate erasure of all external copies. We will explain applicable limits when responding to a deletion request.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in sessions, guest identification for daily free generations, language or display preferences, and local creation state where used. When you sign in, guest generation records and daily use can be linked to your account so that guest uses count toward its daily limit. Clearing or blocking browser storage may sign you out, prevent access to guest creations, or remove locally saved settings; it does not reset server-side IP usage limits. Where optional analytics or similar technologies are enabled and consent is required, they require the applicable notice and consent. You may manage browser storage through your browser settings.
9. Security and Children
We use measures such as access controls and protected service credentials to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account secure and do not put secrets in prompts or support attachments.
The service is not directed at children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. Do not submit children’s personal information without a lawful basis and any required parent or guardian permission. Sexualized content involving minors is prohibited regardless of claimed consent. Contact support if you believe a child’s information has been collected or misused inappropriately.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to an appropriate data-protection authority. These rights may have lawful exceptions. You may submit a request even when the information concerns you in someone else’s upload, rather than your own account.
Use available account controls for supported changes or contact support for other requests, including account closure and source-file deletion. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. Do not send more personal information than necessary. We respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements rather than promising a single deadline for every request.
11. Changes and Contact
We will update the date on this page when this Policy changes and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or reports about misuse of your likeness or voice, email [email protected]. You do not need an account to contact us by email. You can also use the Contact support button on the homepage or the support tickets area in your account; the ticket form requires sign-in. Identify the relevant account, task, or content link where possible and describe your request without sending passwords or payment credentials.
