Terms of Service

Rules for AI creation, permitted content, credits, and responsible use.

Last updated: 2026-09-22

1. Using the Service

These Terms apply to our AI image and video tools, uploads, generated outputs, accounts, and related services, including free trials. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be legally able to accept these Terms; if you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, use requires a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision and must be permitted by local law.

Our tools use third-party AI services. The current underlying models, developers, and API access providers are disclosed on our Models & Service Providers page. Available models, supported inputs, generation time, and results may vary. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other outputs. Review them before sharing or using them; they are not evidence that a real person said or did something.

2. Accounts and Access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share access to evade restrictions, impersonate another account holder, or create multiple accounts to abuse free allowances. You are responsible for your use and content, subject to applicable law.

3. Content That Is Not Allowed

The following restrictions apply to prompts, images, video, audio, reference materials, generated content, and use or distribution of outputs. Do not request, upload, generate, modify, or distribute:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content: pornography, sexual acts, sexually explicit nudity, fetish content, sexual services, or content primarily intended for sexual arousal. Consent, fictional characters, or an “art” label do not create an exception to this restriction.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse: any sexualization of minors or people presented as minors, grooming, child sexual abuse material, sexual violence, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery. This includes synthetic, animated, or altered depictions and attempts to digitally undress someone.
  • Unauthorized likeness or voice use: face swaps, voice cloning, deepfakes, or other identity simulations using another person’s face, likeness, or voice without their explicit, informed permission for the specific use. Public availability, celebrity status, or possession of a photograph is not consent.
  • Deceptive synthetic media: material intended to mislead people about someone’s identity, statements, actions, endorsement, or real events; fake evidence, fabricated testimony, fraudulent ads, scams, or deceptive political and election content. Consent from a depicted person does not authorize fraud or deception.
  • Abuse and harm: threats, targeted harassment, blackmail, doxxing, hateful attacks, encouragement of violence or self-harm, terrorist recruitment, or graphic content intended to celebrate cruelty or exploitation.
  • Rights violations: content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights; stolen personal data; or private material shared without authorization.
  • Service abuse or unlawful activity: malware, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass safety controls or provider restrictions, or activity that disrupts the service or facilitates illegal conduct.

4. Consent and Responsible Synthetic Media

Before submitting material involving an identifiable person, obtain the rights and permissions required for the intended processing and use. For face swaps, voice cloning, and deepfakes, consent must be explicit, freely given, informed, and specific to AI manipulation and the planned use or distribution. Keep an appropriate record of that permission. We may request reasonable evidence when reviewing a complaint. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.

A person agreeing to be photographed or recorded has not necessarily agreed to AI alteration, voice simulation, or commercial use. Do not continue a use after permission has been withdrawn where that withdrawal applies. Parody, entertainment, or a disclaimer does not excuse non-consensual use or other prohibited content.

Clearly disclose that realistic synthetic media is AI-generated or altered when audiences could mistake it for authentic recording, and follow applicable disclosure rules. Do not remove provenance information or labels to deceive viewers. A label does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable. The presence of a feature or a successful generation is not permission to violate these Terms.

5. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display inputs and outputs only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain your library, handle support and safety matters, and comply with law. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use your content in public advertising.

Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law, input rights, and the selected provider’s terms. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. Check those rights before publishing, selling, or licensing a result. Our software, branding, and other service materials remain protected by their respective owners’ rights.

6. Free Allowances, Credits, and Payments

Daily free generation applies to NanoPanda Fast at 480p, for videos from 2 to 5 seconds. Guests can generate up to 1 free video a day; signed-in accounts can generate up to 4, including that day’s guest use. Text-to-video and single-image-to-video share this allowance. Each public IP also has a shared daily limit of 4 free generations across all users, including no more than 1 guest generation in total. Both the account or guest allowance and the IP allowance must be available. Allowances reset at midnight in Los Angeles (America/Los_Angeles), automatically following daylight saving time, and unused uses do not carry over. Any signup bonus credits you receive are tracked separately. These allowances do not exempt anyone from our content rules.

A daily free use is reserved when a task is submitted. If generation is confirmed to have failed, the use is returned to the allowance for the day it was submitted. A task that is still being generated continues to hold its reserved use. After the free allowance is exhausted, or for settings outside the free offer, signed-in users can generate using available account credits at the displayed cost.

Review the displayed credit cost, model settings, price, and any applicable expiry or renewal terms before submitting a task or making a purchase. For a task using account credits, credits are deducted when the task is created and returned when it is recorded as failed or canceled. An output that does not match your artistic preference is not automatically a failed task. Credits are service allowances, not cash or transferable currency.

Paid purchases are governed by the offer and checkout terms shown when you buy. Recurring billing applies only where disclosed and accepted. Contact support about billing errors, cancellation, or refund requests. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

For payment details and how to request a refund, see our Payments & Refund Policy.

7. Storage and Deletion

Reference uploads and saved generated works currently have no automatic expiry. Download copies of work you want to keep; storage is not a guarantee of permanent archival access. Deleting a completed work removes it from your library and queues its generated files for deletion. This does not automatically delete source uploads or all related task, transaction, or security records. Contact support for broader deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals

Report suspected impersonation, unauthorized likeness use, intimate imagery, infringement, or other abuse through the support contact described below. Include a content URL or task ID if known, a description of the issue, your connection to the affected person or rights holder, and a way to reply. Do not re-upload harmful intimate material or suspected child sexual abuse material as evidence; provide identifying details instead.

We may investigate reports, request relevant information, reject requests, restrict access to content, or suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or legal requirements. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate restriction. Where appropriate and lawful, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities. We do not guarantee that every prohibited request will be detected in advance.

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact support with the relevant account or task details and your explanation. We will review available information, subject to legal obligations and safety considerations. Statutory reporting, removal, and appeal rights remain unaffected.

9. Service Availability and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes to paid offerings remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and Contact

We will update the date on this page when these Terms change and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier purchases.

For support, privacy, content reports, or appeals, email [email protected]. You do not need an account to contact us by email. You can also use the Contact support button on the homepage or the support tickets area in your account; the ticket form requires sign-in. Do not send passwords or payment credentials in a report.
