Do I need an account to generate images?
Yes. Sign in to generate images or upload reference images. Image generation uses credits from your account; you can review the cost in the tool before submitting.
How many credits does an image cost?
The cost depends on the selected model, resolution or quality, and number of images. The tool updates the credit total as you change these settings. Check the displayed total before generating, and see pricing for available plans and credits.
Can I generate an image from a reference photo?
Yes. Upload PNG, JPEG, or WebP images, then describe what you want to create or change. File size, image dimensions, and reference count limits vary by model. The tool will flag files that do not meet those requirements. Reference images are optional when generating from text.
Which image models can I use?
The model picker includes Nano Banana 2 Lite, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana Pro, and GPT Image 2. Available size, quality, and editing controls depend on the selected model. Visit Models & Service Providers for details about the underlying AI services.
What happens if generation fails or is still pending?
Credits are returned when a task is marked Failed or Canceled. If it is awaiting provider confirmation, credits remain reserved until its outcome is confirmed. A result that is still being saved will be retried automatically. Check the status in your history before submitting the same request again.
Where can I find my images, and how long are they saved?
Completed images appear in your history and Assets, where you can preview and download them. Generated creations stay saved until you delete them. You can also revisit their prompts to start another generation.
